About the role
Carpe Diem @ Hilltop Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool English Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. This full-time role is located in the Yio Chu Kang North-East Region and will involve teaching and nurturing young minds through engaging and age-appropriate English language instruction.
What you'll be doing- Plan and deliver interactive, play-based English lessons that foster language development and a love of learning in preschool children
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement the school's curriculum and educational programmes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates and address any concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices
- A Certificate, Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education.
- At least 1 year of experience teaching in a preschool or childcare setting
- Strong English proficiency, both oral and written, with the ability to engage young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- A creative and adaptable teaching style that caters to the diverse needs of young learners
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the holistic development of children
