Senior Vice President - Tampines

The Senior Vice President plans, directs leads and manages the Project, Engineering, and Installation sections to achieve its annual financial & non-financial goals. He/she is accountable for the overall project, engineering and installation operations and the optimum utilisation of the units of resources to meet all goals set.

• Evaluates, develops, and implements department goals and objectives to achieve the company's strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Develops and implements policies and procedures together with other departments in achieving its set objectives.
• Develops implements and direct programs to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the department for both maintenance & A&A projects.
• Evaluates performance of the department and constantly evolves to improve the results secured.
• Develops, monitors, and controls department’s annual operating budget and P&L.
• Identify, locates & develops infrastructure and resources for the department.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the management of services operations and/or engineering projects in the building environment sector.
• Experience in managing FAM operations with multiple customers.
• Experience in managing a large FAM division.

• Recognized Degree in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical or any other relevant Engineering discipline from a reputable university.
