Avian Care Retail Associate - Yishun

Daily responsibilities would be caring, feeding, and enrichment of parrots and songbirds, ensuring their well-being in a retail or aviary setting. This role also involves assisting customers with pet products, providing advice on bird care, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the birds and patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for parrots and songbirds, including feeding, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring health.
• Maintain bird enclosures, ensuring they are safe, clean, and enriched with toys and perches.
• Provide knowledgeable customer service regarding bird care, diet, and behavioral needs.
• Assist with retail sales of pet products, including bird food, cages, toys, and supplements.
• Educate customers on proper bird handling and responsible pet ownership.
• Ensure compliance with animal welfare standards and store policies.
• Assist in restocking, organizing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the retail space.

Requirements:
