In this growth and development phase, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for expanding our market shares in local and beyond the regions.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be part of the company management team, and will report directly to the Managing Director.

The Sales & Marketing Manager’s key responsibilities will be:

To set, manage and review the overall marketing strategy for Wecom;
To effectively manage and coordinate all marketing, social media, and promotional activities;
To develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing projects;
To monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results;
To help create marketing/sales presentations;
To collaborate with the Sales Team to originate and develop Sales leads;
To develop strategies to improve company sales;
To identify competitors then determine strategies to edge out competition and gain market shares.
