We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our dynamic Trade Operations team. This role will focus on the processing and administration of Banker's Guarantees, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of trade finance, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities- Banker's Guarantee Processing & Administration: Process and administer a high volume of Banker's Guarantees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements. This includes pre-processing/processing of banker guarantee/SBLC application and amendment and miscellaneous functions and complying with the stipulated turnaround time.
- Client Interaction & Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to provide updates on the status of Banker's Guarantee transactions and address any queries.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and ensure all processes are compliant.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in trade operations, with a focus on Banker's Guarantees preferred. (Relevant experience with other trade finance products may be considered.)
- Strong understanding of trade finance products and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Gen AI tools or data analytics is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.
