Corporate Banking Operations Analyst - (Contract) - Ethel T.
Our client, a well-established bank is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to join their Corporate Banking Operations team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end operational processes related to corporate banking products such as loans, trade finance, treasury, and cash management.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor day-to-day operations for corporate banking products including loans, deposits, trade finance, and cash management.
- Ensure accurate booking and settlement of transactions within agreed timelines.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers, Product, and Technology teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve operational issues, and support service level commitments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC, FATCA, and local regulations.
- Perform operational risk assessments and support internal and external audits.
- Participate in system enhancements, UAT, and business continuity planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all operational processes and client transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in corporate banking operations
- Familiarity with corporate banking products such as loans, treasury, trade finance, and payments.
