Human Resources Executive (2-years contract)
The HR Executive reports to the VP, HR Business Partner. The primary role of the HR Executive is to support the team in a wide spectrum of HR activities that deliver value to internal and external customers of EMC, including but not limited to the tasks mentioned below.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administrative support to ensure smooth running of HR operations, including but not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development, and HR Compliance.
- Leverage on VBA Macros or other automation tools to design and enhance HR reports.
- Prepare HR-related reports for businesses and management
- Manage employee onboarding & offboarding processes of new hires and leavers
- Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives that support the company's strategic goals
- Assist in the preparation of documents for external and internal audits
- Vendor contract management (liaise with vendors on contracts and verify invoices)
- Review and update staff policies and procedures
- Assist in the planning and/or logistics for some company events
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Diploma holder and above
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in HR
- Independent and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in HRMS and automation tools (VBA Macros, Excel spreadsheets)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
