We would like to invite qualified applications for the position of:

Human Resources Executive (2-years contract)

The HR Executive reports to the VP, HR Business Partner. The primary role of the HR Executive is to support the team in a wide spectrum of HR activities that deliver value to internal and external customers of EMC, including but not limited to the tasks mentioned below.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR administrative support to ensure smooth running of HR operations, including but not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development, and HR Compliance.
  • Leverage on VBA Macros or other automation tools to design and enhance HR reports.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for businesses and management
  • Manage employee onboarding & offboarding processes of new hires and leavers
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives that support the company's strategic goals
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for external and internal audits
  • Vendor contract management (liaise with vendors on contracts and verify invoices)
  • Review and update staff policies and procedures
  • Assist in the planning and/or logistics for some company events
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements
  • Diploma holder and above
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in HR
  • Independent and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience in HRMS and automation tools (VBA Macros, Excel spreadsheets)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
