Job Scope as a Recruitment Consultant:

  • An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients’ staffing needs.
  • Handle the 360-degree recruitment and talent acquisition process.
  • Conduct interviews and phone screenings to select potential candidates that meet clients' requirements.
  • Actively develop connections, pursue new business opportunities, and manage relationships with existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • High commitment level, sales driven and team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
