RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business need and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans aligned with their organisational goals, leveraging a deep understanding of both their industry and the technological landscape, securing a long-term business relationship.
  • Solution Focus: Oversee the implementation of IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring compelling solutions that address clients’ specific pain points and objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on IT trends, technologies, and best practices, and helping them navigate complex technical decisions.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sakes targets, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and technical support, to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contract for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and customer service support.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients to help them stay competitive.
  • Continuous improvement: Continuously assess and improve account management processes and strategies, seeking feedback from clients and stakeholders to drive innovation and enhance service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT sales environment with proven track records.
  • High ability to prospect, manage entire sales cycle and great relationship with clients.
  • Hunter personality and fantastic communication skills.
  • Polite with good presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling government tenders (Public Sales Team)
