Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations
2. Ensure rendered services of the highest quality
3. Manage finances for both front and back of house
4. Act as mentor to develop leaders and team in general
5. Challenge new ideas while actively balancing risks and opportunities
6. Develop business leads via sustainable relationships
7. Drive customer satisfaction and improved market position
8. Maintain a positive and inclusive working environment for all team members in the venue
9. Lead organisational succession planning, capability development and employee engagement
10. Maintain a culture of innovative thinking and practice
11. Drive performance to targeted revenue and profits

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Polytechnic Diploma, preferably specializing in Construction and Aircon servicing sector
2. At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in Construction and aircon services
3. Experience working with different team dynamics
4. Good leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
5. Strong analytical and project management skills
6. Confident and dynamic personality
7. Team player with effective communication skills at all levels
