Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development, fostering a positive work environment.
• Create and implement effective operational procedures and policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Plan and coordinate special events and promotions to attract new customers.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
