Geylang - Sales Admin (Intern / Part-Time)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales Team
  • To prepare reports and other documents as required by the Management
  • To liaise and coordinate with the sales partners for sales support tasks
  • Prepare claim such as buyback claim, withholding claim and distributor rebate claim
  • Upload monthly product price list

Working Hours:

  • Internship: Mon-Fri (9-5.30 PM)
  • Part Time:
  • Mon-Fri either AM (9
  • 12 PM) or PM (1.30
  • 5.30 PM) slot available
  • Other requested timings will be subject to discussion

Job Requirement:

  • Self-motivated.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of people.
  • Independent
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous and have an eye for details
  • Ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
  • A good team player
  • Students with administrative experience are welcome to apply
