MECO is seeking to employ a Customer Service Representative as a permanent staff.
Core Responsibilities
Respond to all incoming aftersales calls
Respond to occasional customer needs after office hours
Create quotes for spare parts and service calls
Accept POs and invoice in a timely manner
Input sales orders
Receive inventory and handle spare parts shipments
Record transactions in MRP system
Maintain the Service schedule
Maintain the shipping log
Assist the Lead Service Engineer
Process expenses of Service Personnel
Assist with Turnover Packages and documentation for Service Calls
Maintain safety statements and risk assessment documents for service calls
Develop and maintain positive working relationship with customers
Occasional travel domestically and abroad as required by the company
Occasional after hour meetings with MECO offices elsewhere in the world
Must have legal status to be employed within Republic of Ireland.
Experience
Experience is a plus but not necessary. MECO will train the candidate.

Work can be fast-paced and demanding, with frequently changing priorities. Must be organized when dealing with the large amount of processing and paper work-load generated. Must work well with all departments within the organization. While reporting directly to the Office Manager, will have indirect reporting relationship with the lead service engineer & Customer Service Executive.
Training
The successful applicant will undergo 2-3 weeks of training on the effective use of the ManFact MRP system at MECO’s Headquarters in Mandeville, Louisiana. Ongoing, ‘on-the job’ training will be delivered in MECO’s Singapore Office.
Remuneration
Salary commensurate with experience
After successful completion of 3 months probationary period:-
