They help corporations, legal teams, and government entities navigate complex financial matters and mitigate risk with integrity and precision.They are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Regional Forensic Accounting Director to lead and grow their forensic services practice. This individual will play a critical leadership role in managing investigations, resolving financial disputes, and delivering expert insights in cases involving fraud, regulatory issues, and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities:
Forensic Investigations & Advisory- Lead and manage complex forensic accounting investigations, including fraud, corruption, asset misappropriation, financial statement manipulation, and regulatory inquiries.
- Analyze financial records, transactions, and systems to identify irregularities and quantify losses.
- Work closely with legal teams, law enforcement, and regulators to support civil, criminal, and internal investigations.
- Provide expert witness testimony and litigation support in matters involving commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence.
- Prepare detailed forensic reports, exhibits, and presentations for court or arbitration proceedings.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to develop case strategies and review evidence.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional delivery, trust, and professionalism.
- Develop long-term relationships with law firms, corporate clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored forensic and advisory solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of forensic accountants, analysts, and consultants.
- Provide technical training and guidance on investigative methodologies and standards.
- Contribute to talent acquisition and team growth within the forensic practice.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and writing proposals.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client briefings.
- Collaborate with leadership to expand service offerings and strengthen market presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification required; CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) preferred.
- At least 10 years of forensic accounting or financial investigation experience, preferably in a consulting or Big 4 environment.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, fraud schemes, regulatory compliance, and litigation support.
- Strong project management, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
