He/She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing operations, tenant relations, and market analysis to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability.

• Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets and maximize rental revenue for office and retail properties.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and industry stakeholders to drive leasing activity and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and tenant preferences, and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and extensions, ensuring terms are favorable and in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with property management team to address tenant needs, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration processes, including lease documentation, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and lease disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on leasing activity, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Stay informed of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to leasing and property management.

• Degree in a related field with about 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding leasing targets and driving revenue growth, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in lease analysis, financial modelling and lease administration software is required, as well as up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends.
