Social Media Content Producer - Bedok

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end management of organic content creation process and social media platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content strategies, creating engaging multimedia content, and driving measurable results that enhance brand value and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative and effective content strategies that align with brand goals and drive community engagement.
• Research and ideate innovative content concepts, including writing scripts, designing visuals, and producing high-quality photography and videography.
• Shoot, edit, and optimise multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) using tools like CapCut and Canva.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting schedules, cohesive branding, and audience interaction.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to track engagement, growth, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and objectives.
• Identify and pitch partnership opportunities with brand ambassadors, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand reach.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, editing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in video editing software, particularly CapCut (PRO level), Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design tools like Canva.
• Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand in video content when required, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
• A keen eye for design, copywriting, and visual storytelling, with a deep understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with exceptional multitasking and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
