Senior Fund Manager (Public Fund) - Toa Payoh

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Public Fund Manager to manage public investment funds, ensuring optimal portfolio performance and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in investment analysis, portfolio management, and financial markets, with a proven track record in public fund management.

• Fund Management: Oversee the overall management of public funds, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and risk control measures.
• Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize fund performance and returns.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
• Asset Allocation: Adjust asset allocation based on market conditions, economic trends, and fund performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure fund operations comply with the regulations of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and industry best practices.
• Investor Relations: Regularly report fund performance and investment strategies to investors, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
• Team Management: Mentor and develop junior analysts and fund managers, building an efficient investment team.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (CFA, CPA, MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a public fund manager.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Experience in equities, fixed income, and multi-asset investments.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of MAS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial tools such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
