Our client, headquartered in Singapore has diversified businesses in the construction and property development. They are currently looking for a Procurement Officer to join their team.

Salary: up to $3200
Work Days: 5 Days

Work Location: East (near MRT station)

Responsibilities:

To procure materials or tools raised in the Material Requisition (MR) form.
To obtain quotation for products and feedback to the relevant departments for evaluation.
Keep record of all materials purchased for all projects.
Assist in budgetary and cost control.
Review all Delivery Orders from site.
Maintain plant and machinery rental list and repair record.
To track diesel consumption for all projects.
Maintain and update approved list of suppliers and sub-contractors.
Obtain Green Mark Certificate for Green Mark Material from Suppliers.
Monitor and assist in Asset/Inventory management.
Evaluate and maintain approved list of suppliers.

Requirements:

Nitec / Diploma in Engineering / Supply Chain Management
2 to 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience in construction firm preferred
Candidates without relevant experience but with keen interest are encouraged to apply
Positive work attitude and high level of integrity is essential
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Singaporean only need apply
