Temp Admin Assistant (Healthcare) (3-month contract / office hour / 5.5days work week )
Responsibilities- Receive, unpack and check deliveries against the appropriate documents, to ensure that items supplied are correct and accounted for
- Perform stock receipts and issues strictly in FIFO order
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory stock in the areas of work
- Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy work areas, and prepare work areas for daily operations
- Other duties as directed by supervisor
- Min A Level
- Good interpersonal, communication and computer skills
- Min 1 year admin experience
