Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the General Manager in formulating overseas business development strategies, and promote the layout and optimization of international logistics (sea freight, air freight, land transport, customs clearance, warehousing, etc.) service networks.
2. Support the General Manager in researching logistics demands, competitive landscapes, and policy changes in target markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East), and collaborate with the team on overseas market expansion.
3. Aid the General Manager in business activities, including client acquisition and relationship management, particularly with key accounts.
4. Assist in tracking the progress of overseas projects to ensure timely achievement of objectives.
5. Coordinate internal resources (operations, finance, legal, etc.) and external partners (carriers, overseas agents, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow efficiency.
6. Handle other administrative and managerial tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management, with expertise in sea/air/land transport and customs procedures.
2. Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages; additional language skills (e.g., Malay, Arabic) are a plus.
3. Strong cross-cultural communication, stress resistance, and adaptability to international travel and cross-time-zone collaboration; results-driven.
4. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, International Trade, or related fields; certifications like CILT are preferred.
