Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify, qualify, and nurture new leads and opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
• Clearly communicate the company's products, services, and value proposition to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and finalization.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and sales support content.
• Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices in business development.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by identifying new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Skills:

• Preferably a degree holder or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven history of successfully generating new business and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Good project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks independently and meet tight deadlines.
