Business Development Operations Executive / Senior Executive

Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Development Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities:

Operations and Administration (70%)
  • Execute daily operations across various functions such as administration, logistics, procurement and finance related activities
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial records and administrative filing
  • Work closely with students and lecturers for the provision of class attendance, timetable and student services
  • Plan, coordinate and execute course orientations, opening & closing receptions, and any other duties as required during the course
  • Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors
Sales and Marketing (30%)
  • Coordinate, implement and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centre’s training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops
  • Prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports as may be required
  • Work with Head for new business proposals including costing & budgeting for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops
  • Update clients’ records and attend to sales enquiries
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas

Key Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline
  • Preferably 2-3 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role from the education & training sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communicator. Able to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders
  • Detailed, meticulous and able to multitask
  • Sales driven and result oriented
  • Customer centric
  • Good project management and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
