Working for large global financial institutionas IT Procurement manager. You will be involved in all aspects of IT procurement and contract management. In addition, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Managing all aspects of IT procurement including managing procurement process and guidelines for IT Department
• Managing RFI/RFP and tender process
• Involved in managing negotiation with vendors
• Managing vendor performances
• Managing Pricing and servie level negotiation
• Reviewing, drafting various contracts and agreement
• Liasing with internal legal teams, project teams on contract terms and standards
• Tracking progress of various matters leading to contract signing
• Managing procurement reporting

• Min 8 years of experience in IT procurement and contract management function
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience with contract negotiations and drafting procurement contracts
• Prior experience in negotiation with vendors will be a plus
• Experience in IT procurement function within banking industry
• understanding regulatory requirements within banking industry
