Sourcing Executive - Yishun

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to support our procurement strategy and supplier management. The role focuses on sourcing materials, managing suppliers, and driving cost and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement sourcing strategies to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives
• Prepare competitive quotations in collaboration with the sales team
• Develop and approve new materials and samples
• Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, and performance evaluation
• Support localization efforts for key materials (e.g., cables, wires, components)
• Negotiate supplier contracts and drive cost-saving initiatives
• Resolve supply, price, or quality issues with internal teams and suppliers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
• At least 2 years of sourcing or procurement experience in the electronics industry
• Familiar with procurement and supplier quality systems
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player
• Proficient in English/Mandarine (spoken and written)
