Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator (1-Year Contract)

Salary: Up to $3,800 Basic + 1-Month Completion Bonus (subject to business needs and performance)
Duration: 1-Year Contract, with Potential for Permanent Conversion

Location: Somerset MRT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee Accounts Receivable Operations
Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes for assigned countries, ensuring timely invoicing, collection, and reconciliation of payments.
  1. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients by addressing inquiries, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring smooth communication.
  1. Financial Analysis
Analyze receivables data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend improvements to enhance financial performance.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  1. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present detailed accounts receivable reports, including aging analysis and performance metrics, for internal stakeholders.
  1. Collections Optimization
Implement industry best practices to improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue receivables.
  1. Regulatory Compliance

Stay current with industry standards and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and support operational excellence.

Requirements
  1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an established global FMCG, beauty, or retail environment
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Workday or other ERP systems is an advantage
  4. Proactive and hands-on with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  5. Strong team player with a high level of accountability and commitment
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across various functions
