Spring & Maintenance Technician - Precision - Geylang

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair a variety of precision equipment and machinery
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning and adjustments
• Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
• Collaborate with the production team to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Spring & Maintenance Technician or a similar role in the precision manufacturing industry
• Strong technical skills and understanding of precision machinery and equipment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
