Roles & Responsibilities
The Junior Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients. This role requires 3-4 years experience in FMCG industry and this role involves ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with various departments to meet client needs.
- Account Management:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing key customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure customers satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Plan monthly forecast and arrange monthly shipment with SCM.
- A&P Management:
- Plan and allocate total year BTL budget to individual key customers.
- Keeping track of spending to ensure it is within budget.
Qualification:
- 3 - 4 years experience in key account (Guardian, Watson, etc)
- FMCG background
- Effectively communicate, interact and work collaboratively with peers, customers and regional colleagues.
- Experience in effectively managing projects and deadlines
- Successful track record of projects with Key Accounts
- Key account knowledge & skill
- Strong computer skills. Good in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words
- Based in Singapore
