We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Development Sales Coordinator/Support for a 6-months contract with our client in the financial services sector.
This role will involve a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, supporting client relationships, business development and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and travel.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Preparing and distributing reports and materials.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
- With 1-2 years of related experience in administrative or coordination within banking/finance sectors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, CRM
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
