Sr. Associate / Assist. Manager, Fund Accounting & Administration - Bukit Merah

Our client is a leading provider of corporate and fund administration services. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Fund Accounting & Administration to join their team and contribute to their growing portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key financial insights for clients.
- Investor & Fund Operations: Assist in capital call and distribution notices, ensuring accurate calculations and proper compliance with fund agreements (LPA, PPM, IM, JV).
- Performance Tracking: Calculate and review performance returns, comparing them with benchmarks to assess fund performance.
- Audit & Compliance: Respond to auditor queries and ensure financial reports adhere to regulatory and procedural standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and interact with property clients, fund managers, and investors to address accounting and reporting needs.
- Regulatory Adherence: Review fund documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and client-specific agreements.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of Associates, developing their expertise in fund administration.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA qualification preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting and financial analysis.
- Background in the professional services sector, particularly in fund administration, is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fund accounting software will be a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members is beneficial.
