- Overall management and leadership:
As one of the company's CEOs, responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's overall strategy.
Lead the senior management team to ensure that various departments and business units operate in coordination to achieve the company's goals.
Report to the board of directors and provide regular feedback and evaluation of the company's operations.- Formulate strategic direction:
Lead the company to formulate long-term strategic plans, determine business development directions, market expansion, mergers and acquisitions strategies, etc.
Analyze market trends, understand industry trends, and adjust the company's strategy to cope with changes in the external environment.- Operational management:
Ensure the efficiency and compliance of daily operations and optimize resource allocation.

Ensure that the company achieves financial goals and operational indicators.- Talent management and development:

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in executive leadership, general management, or equivalent roles in similar industry- Strong strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
