The Conservatory is seeking a full-time Technical & Operations Executive or Senior Executive. The role involves assisting in the planning, coordination and professional execution of all technical aspects of performance, rehearsal and academic activities within the Conservatory building for both internal and external events.The Technical & Operations Executive will work closely with the production team (led by the Artistic Coordinator), faculty, visiting artists and students to ensure the seamless delivery of each production and academic activity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for productions and academic activities including but not limited to classes, rehearsals and performances.
- Assist in setting up and coordinating technical requirements, including resource and manpower planning.
- Manage crew scheduling, training and performance.
- Liaise with external suppliers as required.
- Support the maintenance, renewal and procurement of technical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with technical, operational and safety regulations.
- Ensure that all technical aspects are carried out in a professional manner, contributing to the overall success of events.
- Diploma or degree in Theatre Production/Arts Management/Music Performance or related field. A classical music background would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of stage equipment and production.
- Early career professionals with a passion for technical production are encouraged to apply.

- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and maintain respectful and clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality work in time-sensitive situations.

- Curious about current trends in performance technology and technical production.
- Basic understanding of workplace and equipment safety standards and regulations.
