We are looking for a well-organised and driven Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate for the role is a flexible problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities- Manage phone calls and email enquiries.
- Attending to office visitors.
- Manage and order office supplies.
- Processing of Purchase Requisition and issuance of Purchase Order
- Booking of Customers’ Purchase Orders and triggering Finance for invoicing.
- Processing of Internal Billing.
- Assisting Logistics in the preparation of shipping documents, including sourcing and liaising with freight forwarders.
- Updating, monitoring and generation of reports.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Liaise with other departments and regional offices.
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Meticulous and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
