We are looking for a well-organised and driven Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate for the role is a flexible problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls and email enquiries.
  • Attending to office visitors.
  • Manage and order office supplies.
  • Processing of Purchase Requisition and issuance of Purchase Order
  • Booking of Customers’ Purchase Orders and triggering Finance for invoicing.
  • Processing of Internal Billing.
  • Assisting Logistics in the preparation of shipping documents, including sourcing and liaising with freight forwarders.
  • Updating, monitoring and generation of reports.
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
  • Liaise with other departments and regional offices.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
