Operations Executive - Security

We are looking for an Operations Executive - Security to oversee daily Visitor Registration Center (VRC) operations, including managing security systems, carpark management equipment, and access control. Additionally, you shall witness e-waste disposal and shredding exercises to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise outsourced security staff and manage daily security operations.
• Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and carpark management system.
• Manage Card Access and Facial Recognition System in creation and updating access credentials.
• Ensure proper functioning of the carpark management equipment and daily car park usage.
• Respond to any incident and breaches quickly and effectively.
• Oversee and witness e-waste disposal and shredding exercises to ensure safe and compliant handling of sensitive materials.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a PLRD License
• Any qualification in security management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations.
• Experience with security systems, card access, carpark management, and e-waste disposal.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
