About the role
Join the dynamic team at buildsbe' as a Full Stack Developer. In this exciting full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and innovative web applications. We have not fully transitioned to Return to office (RTO) therefore you will be working remotely until we have made the transition back to the office.You will play a crucial part in shaping the technological solutions that drive the company's success.
What you'll be doing- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective solutions
- Develop and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly web applications using a variety of technologies
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, from ideation to deployment
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the smooth operation of applications
- Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve application performance and user experience
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong background in web development technologies
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Familiarity with server-side technologies, such as Node.js, PHP, or Python, and their associated frameworks
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
