• Execute Business Analysis best practices and engage stakeholders across front-to-back functions.
• Responsible for analyzing functional requirements based on input from business stakeholders, users, and technology teams.
• Manage requirements, provide solution design options, and guide the team accordingly.
• Evaluate alternative IT solutions and offer appropriate recommendations.
• Provide domain expertise to define viable business solutions in collaboration with key business sponsors.
• Possess extensive experience in conducting feasibility studies and performing functional analysis of business requirements.
• Ensure that delivered services align with and contribute to the development of business strategy.
• When defining new functionality, consider future enhancements to allow placeholders for upcoming features.
• Assess the functional and testing impact on project plans due to change requests, ad hoc projects, or technology issues.
• Coordinate with various user groups and interface teams, onboarding them as service interfaces for different financial services.
• Work closely with the technical implementation team to bridge the gap between functional and technical specifications.
• Provide functional guidance to the team, working closely with developers and tech leads to assist in resolving queries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of payments, including interactions with clearing systems and payment file formats such as ISO 20022, SEPA, and SWIFT.
• Hands-on experience in data mapping and testing
• Experience in client referential data management or relevant experience in data warehousing.
• Proficient in documenting functional requirement specifications and writing user stories.
• Skilled in validating user stories, inter-application testing, and conducting product presentations/demos.
• Hands-on experience with payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated Clearing House (ACH) programs, and various payment channels.
• Deep knowledge of diverse payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheques, Demand Drafts (DD), Cashier’s Orders, and mass & bulk payments.
• Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as functional and system integration testing for banking and financial applications.
• Ability to work on complex systems within a dynamic international work environment.
• Good understanding of all phases of the IT system development and implementation lifecycle, with experience in Agile methodology.
