Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientation is scheduled.
Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Address and mediate employee relations issues, and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  • Provide support for annual salary reviews and performance appraisals.
Compliance
  • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure they are up to date.
Performance Management
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of performance review processes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling employee performance issues.
HR Administration
  • Manage employee documentation, including contracts, personal information, and attendance records.
  • Oversee employee leave management, including annual leave, medical leave, and other forms of leave.
HR Projects
  • Participate in HR-related projects, such as policy development, employee engagement programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
HR Reporting and Analytics
  • Generate HR metrics and reports to support management in decision-making.
  • Analyze employee data for trends related to turnover, engagement, and performance.
