Key Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face support to customers, handling queries and transactions professionally and efficiently
- Deliver clear, accurate information regarding services, processes, and policies
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records and update systems in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on complex cases or service-related matters
- Adapt to evolving operational needs and take on additional responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service systems
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
