Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to support our event logistics team. This role involves handling the preparation and organization of event materials, ensuring smooth operations before and after each event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare event items according to job specifications and event requirements.
• Unpack and organize equipment and materials after each event, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when stock is low to maintain seamless event operations.
• Cross-check event schedules against the company calendar to ensure all required items are prepared and accounted for.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and updating calendars.
• Physical ability to lift and transport event materials when required.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in event operations or logistics is a plus.
