Working Hours

Mon to Fri: 830am to 6pm

Job Scope:

• Assist the HR & Admin Department in the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative matters
• Handle recruitment and training activities
• Handle monthly payroll
• Prepare HR letters (employment contract, annual increment and bonus etc.)
• Handle foreign work pass applications and renewals
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Diploma in HRM
• Competent in MS Word and Excel, cuteOffice Payroll and HR System
• Competent in doing Mail Merge
• min 3 years of relevant experience
