Senior Manager, Quality Assurance - Jurong West

OVERVIEW

Proficiency in analytical thinking and excellent presentation skills are essential. Experience in the logistics industry is added advantage.

1. Develops, implements and manages processes to ensure products and delivery services meet the required quality standards and specifications.
2. Identifies strategic and productivity initiatives and set appropriate standards and parameters to improve quality, enhance work processes & executions and desired outcomes.
3. Lead, communicate and maintain awareness in relation to quality standards and parameters, compliance of work processes by providing training / information sessions to all stakeholders.
4. Support project, operation and BD teams on quality assurance obligations.
5. Work with various departments to develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess performance, productivity, efficiency in producing quality deliverables,
6. Identify, track and manage problems, issues, non-conformances and anomalies and recommend solutions for closure.
7. Review both internal and external stakeholders feedback and work with relevant stakeholders to address the feedback.
8. Manage corrective / preventive action processes and documentation with the process owners.
9. Work with the process owner to ensure their Quality procedures are updated and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the products and services.
10. Manage internal and external audit program and work with both internal and external stakeholders to improve and ensure compliance of work procedures and processes.
11. Drive and facilitate Group’s Quality certification program.
12. Perform other jobs related to Quality function as assigned.
13. Drive Quality initiative and innovation for continuous improvement.
14. Work with various departments on the BCP documentation and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Quality Field. Knowledge in Logistics business and its operating parameters is an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in process development & implementation, managing audit programs.
• With strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels in and outside the organization.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Possess Analytical mindset and presentation skills
• Good knowledge in the following standards: QMS, Food Safety, HealthCare
