x10 Changi Airport Customer Service Agent (5 Days,Shift work, Training Provided)

Summary :

• Basic salary $2100 + Night Shift Allowance
• 5 Days (Include weekends & PH)
• No experience needed, training provided
• Location: Changi Airport

Job Scope :

• Perform counter check-in duties.
• Check and ensure that flight tickets and travel documents are valid for flight.
• Process and issue boarding passes.
• Assisting passengers at self-Check In kiosks and auto bag drop kiosks.
• Ensure boarding pass information is accurate and passenger’s name on passport tally with boarding pass for departure flight.
• Meeting and greeting passengers and assist them with connecting flights.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirement :

• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
• Candidates with concierge / customer service / retail or relevant experience will have added advantage.
• Willing to engage in shift work, which includes work on weekends and PH.
