Senior IT Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage IT, Information Security policies and other supporting documents according to applicable regulations (MAS guideline/notices, HO policy and etc.)
• Liaise and manage of contract and documents from related service providers such as telephone line, internet line, security system, Server room maintenance and other electrical equipment (Eg. PC, Printer and etc.)
• Manage IT asset inventory (purchase, register, disposal and etc.)
• Manage user accounts and permissions in order to keep it securely
• Manage access of security system such as CCTV and Alarm system
• Manage hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance. (Server, firewall, PC, router and etc.)
• Manager system vulnerability to ensure firm governance of IT system
• Support Business Continuity Management.
• Audit response (TRM, Head Office and etc.)
• Provide assistance and support for IT-related inquiries from employees and management
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned by senior management

Job Requirements:

• Min 4 years of experience in related filed (Software engineering, Computer science and any other related field)
• Recognized Bachelor’s in Software engineering, Computer science and any other related field
• Proficient with relevant technical skill and knowledge and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and/or challenge as appropriate
• Solid analytical thinking and project management skills with ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities
• Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, able to multi-task and work under pressure
