Sales Admin/ Service Coordinator (Basic $2000 - $3000 / 5 days / Ubi) - Choa Chu Kang

Basic Salary: $2000 - $3000

• Generate leads through various channels (online, networking, referrals) and actively seek new business opportunities.
• Assist the sales team with information, quotations, and coordinating the sales process from inquiry to order placement.
• Create and send invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate with finance on payment collections.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure deals and contracts.
• Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
• Provide feedback for product/service development based on customer needs and market demands.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and payments.
• Generate reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and outstanding payments.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the printing industry.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to handle queries and communicate effectively with our Mandarin speaking clients)
