Job Descriptions
  • Handle all aspects of clients’ company secretarial matters.
  • Manage a portfolio of companies. Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
  • Assist with company incorporation/ striking off.
  • Attend to routine corporate secretarial matters such as Annual General Meeting, filing of annual return, change of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
  • Customer due diligence (onboarding and ongoing monitoring).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or others
  • Preferably with at least 4-5 years of corporate secretarial experience in established corporate secretarial firms
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Detailed oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.
  • Positive working attitude with strong initiative and a team player
