Operations Analyst (Client/Account Management - Corporate Banking) - Downtown Core

We are hiring for an Operations Analyst (Client Services/Account Management Function)!

Work Location: 50 Collyer Quay

• Deliver daily account servicing and handle operational requests for clients and accounts.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify root causes, providing timely and accurate solutions.
• Manage account-related tasks, including resolving complex issues and coordinating workflows to ensure timely resolution.
• Utilize industry best practices to provide top-tier solutions, acting as a trusted advisor through a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Fulfillment, Operations, Technical Helpdesk, and other internal teams to provide clients with a seamless experience.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, escalating issues that require senior attention promptly.
• Focus on building and maintaining client relationships, communicating effectively to drive client satisfaction.
• Will cover regional corporate clients based in AUS, US, and India

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Comprehensive knowledge of various corporate card solutions, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Relevant exposure to handling regional clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with corporate card systems, such as SDG2 and TSYS.
• Self-directed, flexible, and a strong team player with enthusiasm and commitment.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, navigate changes, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail is crucial.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing environments.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to create and deliver business results.
