Application/Technical Support Engineer

Location: Nearest MRT is Bukit Batok MRT (NS2)

• Oversee the management and distribution of the assigned product line.
• Offer both pre-sale and post-sale support by analyzing customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Create and present tailored proposals based on customer needs.
• Address technical inquiries and provide application support, assisting customers via phone or email.
• Conduct product training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain strong relationships with current customers.
• Leverage product knowledge to showcase the value and advantages of the product to potential customers, highlighting how it meets their needs better than competitors' offerings.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with the product's principal, sharing customer feedback to help improve service or product offerings.
• Add value to customer relationships by actively responding to their needs and fostering long-term connections.

• A degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, with a focus on Robotics/Automation.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred, though entry-level candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
• A strong passion for automation, coupled with a creative and adaptable mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Product training will be provided.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, Control/Automation systems, and IoT is a plus.
