By combining computer vision and predictive analytics, we enable organizations to proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ultimately save lives. Our platforms are currently deployed all over the world, covering more than 300 million square meters!

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be an early joiner to our expansion team. You’ll primarily focus on expanding our business in our Singapore home market, as well as countries abroad. Please note that the team is currently lean and works under a shared commission model.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within target heavy industry (construction, manufacturing, etc) sectors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with product innovation and customer needs
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase our value proposition
• Negotiate and close deals to drive profitable growth and establish long-term partnerships
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions

• Experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a startup or tech company; exposure to enterprise sales, security systems, or video analytics systems is a plus.
• Good understanding of the heavy industries sector and B2B enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to present confidently to large audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• A self-driven, fast learner with a clear sense of urgency.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
• A collaborative team player with a low ego who thrives in high-pressure environments.
• Comfortable engaging in social settings and business engagements.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable.
