Role Summary:
Are you passionate about supply chain management and eager to take on a dynamic global role? We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Supply Chain Services Program Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing the deployment and continuous enhancement of various supply chain programs, including data and reporting, onboarding, learning and development, and maintaining the Supply Chain Hub SharePoint.You will collaborate with global stakeholders to drive improvements and implement new initiatives that optimize supply chain operations. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Services Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless program execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete data submissions for reporting programs.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to align on reporting requirements.
- Monitor and report progress and performance metrics.
- Provide training, communicate procedures, and manage response activities.
- Lead the development and implementation of supply chain improvement projects.
- Advance data and reporting capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and launch training content for new supply chain associates.
- Maintain and update core training materials to reflect process and system changes.
- Maintain and update content in alignment with operational model changes.
- Create and manage relevant resources to support supply chain associates.
- Deploy and sustain supply chain programs effectively.
- Ensure consistent and robust data governance.
- Engage and influence internal stakeholders across all levels.
- Drive change management initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
- Escalate critical issues to the Supply Chain Services Manager when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all Flowserve Supply Chain policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in data analytics, reporting, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain systems and tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Power Apps).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
- Proven success in leading and managing projects.
- Ability to develop training programs and onboarding materials.
- Demonstrated capability in change management and process improvement.
- Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to global business needs.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Background in Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Engineering industries.
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
