Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Southeast Asia and South Asia markets.
• Manage and oversee transshipment trade operations and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners in the industrial sector.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand market presence.
• Lead and guide the sales team to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Southeast Asia and South Asia markets, with experience in transshipment trade.
• Proven experience in industrial product sales and sales management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze market dynamics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (additional languages relevant to the target markets are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in managing sales teams or overseeing regional market operations.
• Familiarity with industrial trade regulations and logistics in the target regions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

• Occasional business travel required
