• Air Freight Operation

Job Scope:

• Coordinate end-to-end operations for air freight shipments, ensuring smooth processes with effective tool usage
• Prepare full set of documents and follow up on Air Import and Export shipments
• To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant export documentation and declarations (eg. HAWB, MAWB, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net operations and billings
• Perform general shipping functions including system data entries
• Timely follow up, coordinate and communicate shipment information with stakeholders (ie subcontractors, Air lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers and overseas offices)
• Correspond and follow up on emails
• Declaration and monitoring of booking
• Identify issues and provide resolutions
• Handle complaints and dispute from customers and/or shipping lines
• To negotiate pricing with Airline, Master loader, and Contractor
• Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in related field
• 2-7 years’ work experience from Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry
• Possess Import and Export Air Freight experiences
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of Air Import / Export regulations and documents
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
• Independent, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Other Information:

• Company: Freight Forwarding MNC
• Working Location: Changi South Lane (1 bus stop from Tanah Merah MRT)
• Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Up to $3800 per month
